Upgrade to Adobe Reader and Acrobat 9.1

On about June 10th 2007, Adobe released Acrobat and Reader 8.1 which fixed most of the bugs in rich-media playback on the Mac and on the PC.
Unfortunately Apples newest version of Quicktime kills the flash playback. Windows users have no problem.
